Sach Hue Sapne Mere is a love story about a simple girl who is friends with the person she loves from childhood. Both of them understand each other very well. She likes him but he likes somebody else. In a way it's a kind of love triangle. The guy actually meets with an accident and finally the girl whom he loves denies him and then his childhood friend comes forward and says she will be his life partner and make him normal. She brings a lot of positive attitude not only in her life but also in the guy's life.".
