When the Miss Pune pageant was conceptualized by Deepak Chopra, who is now the Special Projects Director with Maverick Productions, the event has been the first of its kind city centric beauty pageant with the aim of promoting and training young talent and helping them achieve their dreams of attaining success in the field of modeling and cinema.

Fair One Miss Pune 2010' will be presented by Gitanjali, in association with Chronotech, with a grand finale on 10th January 2010 at Corinthians Club, Pune.

The Miss Pune Fashion and Beauty pageant has been a much awaited event amongst the young and beautiful in Pune, for over a few years. 'Fair One' from the house of Elder, has signed an agreement to host the pageant for the next three years beginning 2010. 'Fair One Miss Pune 2010" entries for which open today, will be presented by Gitanjali, in association with Chronotech, with a grand finale on January 10, 2010 at Corinthians Club, Pune. The 1st 'Fair One Miss Pune 2010, queen stands to win a cache of gifts from a host of sponsors, besides a cash prize.
